Kudos to the 4 DepEd SDOs for their success in the PRIME-HRM!
The four (4) agencies which have undergone and completed the PRIME-HRM journey to Maturity Level 2 in 2022, are now officially recognized and included in the elite roster of CSC PRIME-HRM Bronze Awardees.
For the year 2022, CSC-RO1 assessed, assisted and recommended four (4) government agencies for the conferment of the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award for having substantially complied with the Maturity Level 2 System, Competency and Practice indicators and standards in the four (4) Human Resource Management (HRM) areas, namely: Recruitment Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R) under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). Moreover, these agencies have successfully undergone the processes, including the on-site assessment, to qualify for this prestigious recognition.

The PRIME-HRM Bronze Award was conferred to the said agencies for having managed and implemented their human resource management systems according to documented processes, thereby achieving a process-defined HRM in the four core HRM systems. Their respective CSC Resolutions were signed by CSC Chairperson Atty. Karlo A.B. Nograles, Commissioner Atty. Aileen Lourdes A. Lizada and Commissioner Atty. Ryan Alvin R. Acosta.
The PRIME-HRM journey of these four (4) Schools Division Offices were spearheaded by their respective Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS), namely: SDS Joel B. Lopez and ASDS Annie D. Pagdilao for SDO Batac City, SDS Atty. Donato D. Balderas, Jr. and former ASDS Vivian Luz S. Pagatpatan (now OIC SDS of SDO Alaminos City) for SDO La Union, SDS Anselmo R. Aludino and ASDS Mariecon G. Ramirez for SDO Candon City, and SDS Aguedo C. Fernandez and ASDS Marciano U. Soriano, Jr. for SDO Dagupan City.

With these four (4) newly recognized PRIME-HRM Bronze awardees, there are now thirty five (35) PRIME-HRM Bronze awardees in Region 1 as of December 2022.
The achievement of these four (4) agencies is truly a remarkable milestone in PRIME-HRM, a flagship program of the Civil Service Commission, particularly in Region 1. Indeed their success serves as an inspiration for other government agencies aspiring to experience transformation to a higher and more progressive level of human resource management and governance redounding to public service excellence through the PRIME-HRM.
