Resumption of OnSched for SPELS

Please be advised that the CSC RO V Online Scheduler (OnSched) is now operational for individuals seeking to apply for Grant of Eligibilities under Special Laws and CSC Issuances (SPELS).

Those applying for Honor Graduate Eligibility, Barangay Official Eligibility, and others can now schedule an appointment through bit.ly/onsched.

Limited Transaction in CSC Regional Office and Field Offices
 
In view of the attendance of CSC RO V’s officials and employees to the 2023 Year-End Conference and 2024 Operational Planning on 19 to 20 December 2023, transactions in the following CSC offices will be limited to RECEIVING ONLY.

Registration for the 3 March 2024 CSE-PPT will open on 16 November 2023 at 8 a.m. through the link: https://ro5apps.csc.gov.ph/nlist/
 
All interested applicants, including Senior Citizens, PWDs and Pregnant Women, are required to complete their profile and application details through the link above. Only downloaded application form containing the applicant’s complete profile and system generated appcode will be accepted by the CSC Field Office. Acceptance of application is on a “First Come, First Served” basis, subject to the daily slots per Field Office (see page 2). Moreover, acceptance of applications for pregnant women shall be limited to those who would be, at most, 6 months pregnant on exam day.

Limited Transaction in CSC RO V

In view of the attendance of CSC Regional Office V’s officials and employees to the Luzon Friendship Games on 16 to 20 October 2023, transactions at the Regional Office in Rawis, Legazpi City will be limited to RECEIVING ONLY except for clients with scheduled appointment for issuance of Certification of No Pending Administrative Case.

Please be further advised that those with appointment for the following transactions are rescheduled from 23-26 October 2023:
1. Issuance of certification and/or authentication of eligibility; and
2. Releasing of COE for the grant of special eligibility.

Regular transactions shall resume on 23 October 2023.
