The Civil Service Commission is the government’s central human resource agency. CSC is responsible for the welfare of 1.7 million public servants, including their career development. It provides learning and development opportunities to attract and develop a world-class workforce that is able to effectively manage its workload and deliver excellent service to the public.

CSC RO1 is headed by Director IV Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal and Director III Cornelia M. Rillera. It is composed of five field Offices; La Union Field Office headed by Director II Edgar F. Asuncion; Ilocos Sur Fied Office headed by Director II Marina G. Cabañero; Ilocos Norte Field Office headed by Director II Atty. Rex R. Ami; Eastern Pangasinan Field Office headed by Director II Romulo V. Nabua; and Western Pangasinan Field Office headed by Director II Flordeliza C. Bugtong.
