Maari pa rin kayong mag file kahit anong araw from Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) hanggang June 21, 2023. Ang pagtanggap ng exam application ay hanggang June 21, 2023 lamang sa SM Lanang Premier (Cinema-2nd Floor). Initial evaluation on the completeness of your exam application will be done at the Fountain Area (ground floor).

ACCEPTANCE OF EXAM APPLICATION FOR DAVAO CITY FOR THE AUGUST 20, 2023 CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION- PEN & PAPER TEST (CSE-PPT)
EXAM APPLICATION PROCESS :
Step 1 - Secure Exam Application Form with CONTROL NUMBER. Forms are available onsite and for FREE at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area.
Step 2 - Accomplish Form at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area.
Step 3 - Proceed to processing area for final evaluation of application form and payment at SM Lanang Premier- 2nd Floor SM Cinema Area.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
ONLY WALK-IN APPLICANTS WILL BE CATERED.
Processing of exam application will ONLY be catered at SM Lanang Premier. No processing of application at CSC Regional Office XI, Ecoland, Davao City.
Distribution of application forms with control number at SM Lanang Premier- Fountain Area starting at 8:00 AM up to 5:00 PM. Exam applicants are encouraged to use the forms onsite. Personal appearance is strictly required.
Only 500 applicants will be catered per day. Those who arrive beyond the target number will be given application forms with control number for the succeeding days. No online reservation of slots.
Processing of exam applications will start from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at SM Lanang Premier, 2nd Floor SM Cinema Area.
Special lane for PWDs, Pregnant Women and Senior Citizens will be provided.

FILING OF EXAM APPLICATION FOR THE AUGUST 20, 2023 CAREER SERVICE EXAMINATION – PEN AND PAPER TEST FOR DAVAO CITY, DIGOS CITY, TAGUM CITY AND MATI CITY TESTING CENTERS
Application period for the August 20, 2023 CSE-PPT is from May 22 to June 21, 2023 (excluding Saturdays/Sundays and holidays). Examination applications are accepted in the following application centers:

For coterminous and permanent employees (including casuals, JOs, COS) of LGUs, SUCs, Water Districts, and DepEd Division Offices based in Davao del Sur and in Davao Occidental, your application for the CS Exam should be coursed through your Agency HRM Officer, hence, there is no need for you to set an online appointment in order to apply.

UPDATES ON THE FILING OF EXAM APPLICATION FOR THE AUGUST 20, 2023 CSE PPT
Please be informed that the link of the online booking (Davao de Oro and Davao del Sur/Occidental) for the CSE-PPT on August 20, 2023 will be available on May 20, 2023, Saturday at 8:00 a.m. in the Civil Service Commission Davao Region FB page.
Release of priority number slots in Davao del Norte Field Office will be moved to May 22, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.
Venue of filing in Davao City is at SM Lanang Premiere (near the Cinema-2nd Floor) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Initial evaluation on the completeness of your exam application will be done at the Fountain Court (ground floor).
