The CSC Social Responsibility Program on Civil Service Examinations is a program of the CSC in the administration of Civil Service Examinations that collects used ballpens of examinees on a voluntary basis after the examination and donate them to DepEd schools all over the country whose students are mostly in need of them especially the less privileged living in remote locations.

The March 3, 2024 CSE-PPT in Kalibo, Aklan testing center has catered to more than 3,200 examinees in five (5) school centers namely Kalibo Pilot Elementary School, Kalibo Elementary School, Kalibo Integrated Special Education Center, New Buswang Elementary School and Aklan National High School for Arts and Trades. The CSCFO-Aklan hopes that more examinees will see the value of this initiative and voluntarily donate their used ballpens in future Civil Service Examinations so it can reach as many students as possible to become recipients of this program.
