Please be advised that the Civil Service Commission National Capital Region (CSC NCR) will be holding its annual Strategic Planning and Human Resource Learning and Development Activity on 14 and 15 December 2023. With this, CSC NCR and its Field Offices will be limited to RECEIVING OF COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS ONLY on 14 December 2023 and CLOSED on 15 December 2023.

Regular operations will resume on 18 December 2023.

Likewise, there will be no acceptance of applications for the 03 March 2024 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) at the followings malls on 14 and 15 December 2023:
