The Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association, Inc. (PGCA), the Accredited Integrated Professional Organization of the Professional Regulation Commission, will hold its 58th Annual National and 2023 International Conference on 15-17 May 2023 at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
With the theme “The Innovative Filipino Global Helping Professionals”, the conference aims to upgrade the competencies of guidance counselors, guidance advocates, and those in other related helping professions to adapt to the constantly changing environment.
All government employees concerned are invited to participate in the PGCA 58th Annual National and 2023 International Conference. However, it is discretionary on the part of the agency heads to allow their employees to attend the event, pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 43, s. 1993 on Streamlining and Deregulating Human Resource Development Functions.
