The Philippine Independent Public Sector Employees Association, Inc. (PIPSEA), a national organization of public sector workers’ unions with members from the National Government Agencies (NGAs), Government-owned and Controlled Corporations/Government Financial Institutions (GOCCs/GFIs), Local Government Units (LGUs), and State Universities and Colleges/Local Universities and Colleges (SUCs/LUCs) will be holding its 8th National Executive Board Meeting with the theme “PIPSEA: CREATING AND BECOMING A BIGGER NATIONAL PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATION SO THAT OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD”, on 18-20 May 2023 at the Eurotel, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
All government employees concerned are encouraged to participate in the National Executive Board Meeting. However, it is discretionary on the part of the agency heads to allow their employees to attend the event, pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 43, s. 1993.
A registration fee in the amount of six thousand five hundred pesos (Php6,500) shall be collected from the participants to defray activity expenses.
