ANNOUNCEMENT
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the calendar of civil service examinations through Pen and Paper Test (PPT) for CY 2025, as follows:

[2] Set at 69 days after exam in light of the 350,500 maximum exam slots, effecting additional 10 days to the computed Program Expenditure Classification (PREXC)-based 59-day-after-exam release of test results for CY 2025 for exam slots of up to 300,000. The additional 10 days are calculated at 1 day for every 5,000 exam slots in excess of 300,000. However, this may be subject to adjustment depending on the actual number of examinees.

Except for the CSE-FSO, the CSC shall issue individual or separate examination announcements three (3) weeks before the start of each application period as indicated above. The announcement shall contain detailed information such as, but not limited to, the following areas:
a. Testing centers;
b. Qualification/admission requirements;
c. Application (documentary) requirements;
d. Where to get the application form and how to file the application;
e. Scope of examination;
f. Passing grade; and
g. Resulting civil service eligibility.
The examination announcements shall be officially posted on the CSC Website www.csc.gov.ph. Consequently, the CSC Regional Offices (RO) and/or Field Offices (FO) may issue their respective supplemental/complementary announcements or advisories relating to details and other concerns on the conduct of the exam peculiar or customized to the RO/FO (e.g. mode of filing of application implemented/adopted by the RO/FO; available slots; etc.)
For the CSE-FSO, the examination announcement has already been issued by the DFA-BFSE. Interested parties should visit the DFA website www.dfa.gov.ph, or contact the BFSE at telephone number (02) 8834-3080. The announcement can now also be accessed through the CSC Website via this link: BFSE Announcement 2025 FSOE.pdf (csc.gov.ph).
Moreover, the CSC shall issue an examination advisory about two (2) weeks before examination day regarding important reminders and other examination-related updates/developments. The examination advisory shall also be posted on the CSC Website.

With this, interested applicants are strongly advised to access only official communication platforms used and maintained by the CSC Central Office, CSC Regional Offices, and CSC Field Offices, as the case may be.
