A.1 Issuance and Claiming of Letterhead CoE
Notwithstanding the given date above, passers are strongly advised to verify first if their letterhead CoE is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office.
Passers should personally claim their CoE, presenting the following items:

(i) For those who have moved to or are based in another region, a written request, citing reason/s thereof, must be sent to the authorized CSC RO (with jurisdiction over the testing center/venue where they took the examination) to forward their CoE to the conduit CSC Regional/Field Office where they would like to claim the same.
(ii) For those in remote areas within the region, a written request must be sent to the CSC RO to forward their CoE to the CSC Field Office where they would like to claim the same.
