About the Theme:
In an age where technology is easily available through various media by almost everyone and just anyone, it can be overwhelming when there is lack of knowledge as to how it will be used and managed. Without the skills and proper appreciation, technology can be more of a challenge than an advantage for an organization to grow further and better. This age therefore, calls for Digital Leaders. They are those who are able to explore how technology can be used to help their business become much more responsive to the needs of their customers and the ever-changing business requirements. Digital Leaders understand the importance of inbound data and the processes within the business that supports it. They place high value on their communication, creativity and willingness to explore the ways that new emerging technology and digital information can be used to help business projects.

Thus, the CSI Leadership Series will have its first digital run with a theme focusing on how leaders can maximize all the digital assets and resources available to them, to capacitate their people to optimize productivity and efficiency, and to establish and nurture a tech-savvy culture towards strengthening organizational performance. The one-day virtual learning event will be divided into two parts: the first will cover the guiding principles, general concepts and global practices of transforming into a Digital Leader to be shared by a leadership guru; and the second part will showcase the best practices of local leaders who have exemplified Digital Leadership competencies and experiences in their respective organizations, particularly in Local Government Units, in State Universities and Colleges and National Government Agencies.
