29 September 2021 - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced the winners of the CSC National Song Writing Contest and Online Photography Contest held during the 121st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration. The virtual awards ceremonies were streamed live on the CSC Facebook Page on 23 and 24 September, respectively.
From 11 regional entries, Donalyn N. Onilongo of the Department of Justice, Rizal emerged as 2nd Runner Up, Jackson Ray S. Sevillo of Iloilo National High School as 1st Runner Up, and Jerome Vincent B. Cruz of Social Security System, Angeles City as Grand Champion. The winners received PHP30,000, PHP40,000 and PHP50,000 respectively. Regional winners also received cash consolation prizes.
18 September 2021 - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and JobStreet Philippines are inviting job seekers to the 2021 Government Online Career Fair (GOCF), which opens on 20 September until 24 September.
To date, there are 119 government agencies which signed up for the job fair, and 2,580 vacancies to be opened. Of the total number of vacancies, 765 are first level positions (clerical, administrative, trades, crafts), 1,811 are second level positions (technical, managerial), and 4 are third level positions. The most number of vacancies are financial positions, followed by medical and health positions, then by general administrative positions.
Applicants may access the online job fair by going to the CSC website, http://www.csc.gov.ph/, and clicking the GOCF banner at the top of the homepage.
6 September 2021 - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and JobStreet.com once again extended the registration period of government agencies for the Government Online Career Fair.
Agencies may register until 8 September 2021 through the JobStreet Philippines website at https://www.jobstreet.com.ph/en/cms/employer/cscregistration/.
The GOCF will be held on 20-24 September 2021 and will be accessible to applicants via the CSC website, www.csc.gov.ph.
1 September 2021 - Weekly online activities will be available for government workers this September.
In celebration of the 121st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) has partnered with various government agencies to bring health and wellness and skills-oriented activities for civil servants.
On Week 1 or Linggo ng Lingkod Bayani, the CSC will be hosting online physical aerobics with the Philippine National Police on 6 September 2021, 9 a.m.
1 September 2021 - An Online Zumba session, which happened today, 1 September at 8 a.m., kicked off the month-long celebration of the 121st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA). A total of 10,979 government employees nationwide registered for the event.
Ms. Jill Ngo, leading fitness and licensed Zumba instructor, led the nationwide fitness activity.
Organized by the Civil Service Commission National Capital Region (CSC NCR) in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), the Online Zumba was streamed via the FCDP Channel at https://fdcpchannel.ph/.
