6 September 2021 - The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and JobStreet.com once again extended the registration period of government agencies for the Government Online Career Fair.

Agencies may register until 8 September 2021 through the JobStreet Philippines website at https://www.jobstreet.com.ph/en/cms/employer/cscregistration/.

The GOCF will be held on 20-24 September 2021 and will be accessible to applicants via the CSC website, www.csc.gov.ph.

As of 3 September 2021, there are 127 agencies that have registered to the job fair. There are also 1,606 vacancies, 642 of which are first level positions, and 964 second level positions. Legal positions are currently topping the list of vacancies, followed by accounting and finance positions, and healthcare positions.

The extension allows more government agencies to join the job fair and submit their list of vacancies classified as urgent and/or critical or hard-to-fill positions requiring immediate hiring.

Aside from submitting their list of vacancies, agencies are also required to complete their agency profile and information, as well as complete a chatbot training in preparation for managing their virtual hiring booths during the online event.

The GOCF observes the Equal Opportunity Principle in recruitment. Agencies are encouraged to practice competency-based assessment that does not discriminate against any qualified interested persons, including persons with disabilities (PWD), members of indigenous communities, and those from any sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression (SOGIE).

The complete mechanics of the job fair may be viewed from the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph/pcsa2021.

The GOCF is one of the highlights of the 121 st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) in September. It will be open to applicants from 20-24 September 2021.
