On Week 3 or Linggo ng Malasakit, the Q&A on Mental Wellness During the Pandemic will be held on 20 September, 9:30 a.m. in partnership with the National Center for Mental Health. This aims to promote wellbeing for government workers as they cope with the new normal.
All sessions are free, and will be streamed via the official CSC Facebook Page, www.facebook.com/civilservicegovph.
With these virtual activities, the CSC hopes to provide government workers with some respite from the ongoing crisis, while promoting productivity and wellbeing.
The CSC introduced a 10-year overarching theme for the PCSA, Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes, reflecting the path the civil service has to take to build on the gains of last year’s digital transformation efforts in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the role of HR in building a competent and credible workforce in the new normal.
Details on the PCSA activities are available on the CSC website at http://www.csc.gov.ph/pcsa2021.
