Kindly explain further CSC Reso. No. 1701009 Sec. 75. "Eligibility resulting from passing the bar/board examinations which require completion of at least a bachelors degree shall be consider appropriate to positions for which the examination was given, and the the first and second level positions not covered by bar/board/special laws and/or those that require other special eligibilities as may be determined by the Commission or those that require licenses such as those positions listed under Category IV of CSC MC No. 11, s. 1996, as ammended.

paki explain po further, hindi yung reply na copy paste lang or parang computer generated lang yung reply. explain and elaborate more or even site an examples so that I can understand thoroughly and deeply.
