one of the student assistants (SA) in our university had only rendered actual work of services only from March 18, 2018 to April 5, 2018. Her approved Student Assistant contract of schedule was from January 3, 2018 to March 31, 2018. Now she was advised by her supervisor to submit her DTRs and monthly accomplishment reports from January - March 2018. a total of 3 months DTRs and monthly accomplishment reports..knowing fully well by her immediate supervisor who approved the DTRs and accomplishment reports that she only have rendered actual work of service for a period of no less than one month still he signed the DTRS and accomplishment reports. Is there any administrative and criminal culpability done by the immediate supervisor?

Please enlighten us about the usefulness and the Commission rules on the use of Daily Time Record. Thank you.

Good AM. If in case this fraudulent act have already been reported to the University President, would it warrant the investigation? The concerned employee who discovered this irregularity is afraid of possible discrimination.
