ENGENDERMENT
A. Career Advancement Program for Women in Government Service (CAPWINGS)
The Career Advancement Program for Women in Government Service (CAPWINGS) is an advocacy program that seeks to provide the framework for promotion of women.s advancement in higher levels of management.
B. Equality Advocates Program
The Equality Advocates Program (EQUADS) seeks to monitor and address cases of sexual harassment as well as sex discrimination in the workplace.
GAD focuses on the principle that development is for all. Everyone in society, female or male, has the right to equal opportunities to achieve a full and satisfying life. Women and men enjoy the same conditions for realizing their full human rights and potentials to contribute to development as well as benefit from the results.
