| Distance Learning Programs (DLP) |
| If you would like to attend a training program, but for one reason
or another your work hinders you from doing so, don’t lose hope. You can now avail of
a training and report to office simultaneously. |
| The Civil Service Commission has a special offer for you. This
is what you call Distance Learning Program (DLP). The DLP is an alternative strategy
to the formal training programs. It provides wider access for government employees
to avail of an HRD intervention even in remote areas of the country. This learning
package allows you to study the DLP modules at your own place and pace for only
a minimal fee. |
| You may choose from the three curricula of DLP. |
| • |
Human Resource Management |
| |
This DLP caters to your needs and that of other government
employees to upgrade your knowledge and skills on personnel administration. |
| • |

for Public Officials and Employees. |
| |
It provides the learner a brief overview of the eight norms of
conduct for government officials and employees. It likewise enumerates the appropriate
conduct of business transactions in the public sector. |

Effectiveness (LACE), a regular training program conducted by the Civil Service
Commission. |
