General Functions
•
 Programming and coordinating the regular and special meetings of the Commission Proper;
•
 Managing and maintaining all decisions, policies, pronouncements, issuances, and records of the Commission Proper;
•
 Coordinating all transactions of the regional offices with the central offices, including the initiating and husbanding of proposals for innovations;
•
 Liaising between the central office and the regional offices, including the synchronizing and monitoring of schedules;
•
 Coordinating and working with both houses of Congress on legislative matters and affecting the personnel administration system and people working in government; and
•
 Assisting legislators in facilitating their requests for technical help and advice, including those affecting their constituents.
