The Examination, Recruitment and Placement Office (ERPO) is developing a new system that would facilitate the filing of application for the Career Service Examination-Computer-Assisted Test (CSE-CAT). It is called the Online CAT Appointment Reservation System, which utilizes the internet in providing effective and efficient public service.

The Online CAT Appointment Reservation System is a user-friendly tool that CSE-CAT applicants may use to request for an appointment date for the filing of their respective application forms. All that the applicant simply needs to do is to key-in, using the system´s user interface, the following personal information:

The above personal data shall be used to evaluate the qualification by checking the applicant's examination history against the ERPO's databases.

If qualified, a confirmation email containing a reference number and the schedule of personal appearance to the ERPO for the filing of application will be sent within five (5) working days. If not qualified, an email informing the reason(s) for disqualification will also be sent to the applicant's email address.

At the moment, ERPO is pilot testing the system before it is rolled out for public use by the third week of July 2009.
